Berthusen Residence

Kraski Residence

The Kraski residence was designed to meld into the hillside and oriented toward an amazing view of Puget Sound and Mount Baker/Cascade Mountain range. 

Lake Padden Residence

CLT collaborated with the owner’s to remodel an historical 1909 farm house. Through the design process, the project evolved from a remodel to a completely new northwest contemporary design. CLT provided design and construction services for this beautiful home. 

Marine Drive Residence

The Marine Drive Residence is a remodel and addition for a retired couple who where looking to add living space to their existing house and update the interior and exterior. The home was transformed from a compartmentalized inward looking home to an open home with flowing space and strong connection to the exterior landscape, views and decks. 

Wiser Lake Remodel & Addition

CLT collaborated the owner’s to remodel a traditional 1979 two story home into a modern open and spacious floor plan with 2,000 square foot deck. The project scope included opening up the entry foyer, kitchen, expanded dining, living room and master suite.  CLT used a mixture of metal, wood and concrete siding materials to create a complex blend of building texture and color. The building flows seamlessly on the interior and exterior thereby avoiding the appearance of a building addition. CLT provided design and construction services for this beautiful home addition. 

Wiser Lake Remodel

Langstraat Residence

CLT collaborated with the Langstraat's to remodel their existing 100+ year old farm house. As the project evolved, we not only remodeled the old farm house, we added an entry, great room, dining room, kitchen, and loft to the main house. We added a new garage and mother-in-law suite, wrap around porch and central courtyard to tie everything together. The end result is a home that retains its history and embraces a modern farm house future. 

Salish Residence

The Salish residence is a contemporary northwest home situated on a site that offers lake, mountain, territorial and golf course views from every room in the home. It uses a complex blend of glass, steel, wood and stone melded together to create a home that is experienced. The great room offers 360 degree views through the clearstory windows and large window wall facing the lake.

Telgenhoff Residence

The Telgenhoff Residence uses a complex blend of material, texture and color to create a architectural design that reflects the Northwest Lifestyle. This project was completely designed and constructed by Craig L. Telgenhoff.

Birch Bay Village Residence

CLT collaborated with the owner’s to remodel a one bedroom house above a single car garage. CLT added an additional garage bay with roof top deck and converted the old house into an accessory dwelling unit. Then CLT integrated a new house into the existing structure that successfully melds itself into the landscape and captures bay views.   

Del Ray Rd Residence

The Del Ray residence, was a remodel of a recently constructed ramble with a dysfunctional floor plan. We consolidated five separate rooms into one large great room, opened exterior walls with large windows to created a strong connection to the exterior landscape. The end result was an updated home that lived larger and became a dynamic space to gather friends and family.  

Del Ray Drive Residence

Grandview Residence

The Grandview residence is a contemporary farm house. The design intent was to create a farmhouse that looked as if it had evolved over time with the great room and garage being the original house with connecting breezeways to the garage, kids wing and master suite. By allowing the building to stretch out into the landscape, the home created many outdoor rooms and took advantage of 360 degree views of the Cascade Mountains, neighboring silos and farmland.

Alderson Road House

The Alderson Residence was designed to capture incredible views of Birch Bay and Olympic Mountains. As a result all living space was located on the second floor and sleeping and service space was located on the main level. The building had to fit a narrow and steep building site located within a critical area along California Creek.

The timber framed porch transitions to an interior timber framed open staircase with an open boardwalk that connects the main and upper level. The purpose of creating a boardwalk within the home was to enhance the feeling that you are at the beach. The site specific design and use of interior and exterior finishes seek to pull colors and materials that reflect the character of the Northwest.

Alderson Residence

T&O Office Addition

CLT collaborated with Telgenhoff & Oetgen CPA’s to add a 1900 square feet of office, conference, and processing space to the existing 100 year old Tutor Style house/office. CLT used a Bridge Connector that provided a seamless transition between new and old. CLT also used stucco to match the existing building along with lap siding to add texture and color variation. The building flows seamlessly on the interior and exterior thereby avoiding the appearance of a building addition. CLT provided complete design and construction services for this beautiful office addition.

Central Road Shop

The Central Shop was designed to house boats, classic cars, storage and mother-in-law suite. While it stores toys, it also provides a large space for entertaining large groups of people for family picnics, weddings, birthdays and even church services. The owners thought the building was going to be a good storage space; however the interior and exterior fit and finish has expanded the use beyond their initial conception of the project. It went from being a shop to a facility and asset.
