History

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Craig was employed by various general contractors and architecture firms in Seattle, including Baugh Construction, Lease Crutcher Lewis, and Weber & Thompson Architects. His employment with these firms allowed him to gain sophisticated project management and design experience. Craig’s goal was to work with highly qualified construction and design firms to gain skills to establish his firm for architecture and construction in Bellingham, WA.

CLT Design/Build inc. was established in 2002 to provide our clients with original design concepts and construction management services. Craig’s experience has shown him that there is no better builder than the person who designed the project. The Design/Build concept allows our clients to have their on-site designer making informed design and construction decisions throughout their project.
