Wiser Lake Remodel

CLT collaborated the owner’s to remodel a traditional 1979 two story home into a modern open and spacious floor plan with 2,000 square foot deck. The project scope included opening up the entry foyer, kitchen, expanded dining, living room and master suite. CLT used a mixture of metal, wood and concrete siding materials to create a complex blend of building texture and color. The building flows seamlessly on the interior and exterior thereby avoiding the appearance of a building addition. CLT provided design and construction services for this beautiful home addition.
